Schools as organisations

Hello to everyone connected to this wonderful forum esp Lil Miss Sunshine,

Currently facing a brick wall with the above question on how legislation affects how schools work.
I really don't know the answer, plus I don't know what to explain.

Can someone please give me a hint and what I should mention etc. I want to smash the wall and move onto the next question.

eg: cyberbullying, new rules, how they will act differently etc?

i'm on Level 3, 4.2

ok this is looking at the laws which government set and how they affect schools so schools need to look at safety of building, children and their child protection methods because of safeguarding, I would look at your schools policies which should state which legislation they are for this will give you a start but it cant mean all legislation you'd be there forever!

I have passed my level 3 and things I wrote about when I did this question is like freedom of information act, data protection act 1998, education act 2002, special educational needs code of practice. hope this answer your question
