Re: Open university
well this module doesnt start till the 26th and o.u. in their infinate wisdom have decided not to let us know the tma's in advance so I can only do a small ammount of reading before then. This week end I am planning and resourcing all my subjects for the rest of the term so I only have to mark and assess once the online site goes 'live'
then I will be sticking straws in my hair and wailing - oh come to think of it I'm not soooo far off that now

Re: Open university
aaaaarrrrrgh the website went live today and I am already pulling my hair out. The assessment guide is online plus all the titles of tma's the learning criteria to be covered etc and they do printable versions - first it has taken an hour to get the dratted the things to load and the printable version has missed off the last paragraph of each page!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! why am I doing this
i want to and I cant read the flaming things I am my head in frustration
oh and now when I read it properly it misses the top bit of each page of as well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
a printable version should be just that

Re: Open university
We are going to be electronic as well not really looking forward to it as the APEL online thing at the minute is pants, four clicks until you get where you want to be, bad. Good luck Helen x
Re: Open university
All our essays etc have to be submitted electronicallly, and the tutors dont give out any paperwork, they just send you the link and its up to you to print it off .
Our lectures are also available on podcast which is good for non auditory learners like myself lol
