This is just an overview of the types of evidence you can use, I am sure there are more. Please add to the thread if you have used something different.


Performance management targets
Lesson plans, annotated
Briefing/discussions held with teacher etc or external agencies
IEP's/IBP's
Assessment records, PIVAT's, levels that you use in school and have measured pupil achievment against
Memos
Copies of emails
Copies of annotated policies
Thank you cards from parents/pupils
Extracts from books
Reading records
Any letters sent to parents/home/school diary
Accident book entries
Certificates given to children
Any old bits of notes from training courses you have been on.
SATs results
Resources you have made
Photographs of resources you have made
Photographs of displays
Photgraphs of activity
Examples of differentiated work
Photocopies of children's work, where you have marked and commented.
Risk assessments, letters you have devised for trips etc.
Minutes from a meeting,
Copy of a SAT paper you scribed on,
An ict resource that you made.
