A happy and healthy 2013 to all our members.
Have you thought of any resolutions yet.
I always go for the same ones lose weight, get more exercise, drink more water.
but this year I've decided I need more relaxation time and to this end - although he doesnt know it yet - my o/h and I are going to do the things we always say we are going to but then dont!!!!!

Caff, my resolutions are usually pretty much the same as yours - get back on the diet wagon (tomorrow), drink less caffeine and more water .............. and try to get more exercise. This year, I'd like to add a better work/life balance - make sure I leave school by five every night! I can only try ...............
Hope everyone has a good night tonight if you are celebrating, and wishing everyone a happy and healthy new year x

Happy New Year folks! No new year resolutions for me either, work life balance seems to be getting better so I will continue to aim for that to improve.

I hope 2013 brings you all good fortune, health and lots of love x
