If you are completing STL then the first is must and very useful as it follows all the criteria and give you pointers. Some legislation may be out of date depending on the issue but that is easily checked on the internet.

I use [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] for my Level 3 CYPW learners and again as above follows the qualification perfectly. It does list the units from STL /TDA so can be used as well.

I'm doing SSTL level 3 and find the first book a god send, we call it 'the bible' in my course group Laughing

I used teaching assistants handbook level 3 by Teena Kamen and other book by Louise Burnham alot when I did my course
