Re: Teeth and Grinding
Well, thought I had my tooth sorted until I got a phone call rearranging due to dentist having an accident. So few more weeks with toothache! Making mental note to stop grinding teeth at work in frustration, just to do deep breathing exercises.

Teeth and Grinding
clench your fists then relax them or bite inside of your cheek - a few times of doing that will stop you cos it's painful!!

tooth sorted, grinding of teeth not. Now wearing mouth guard at night as if ready for a game of rugby, very fetching. Sleeping better but now waking up with hair sticking up as if had a shot of electricity. Look frightful in morning what with mouth guard and sticky up hair. Taking forever now to get ready for work. Have thought about wearing bag over head with two holes for eyes - probably would get on better at work as I could say nice things - like having a wonderful day, yes, everything is fine - while I am scowling in my bag.

grinding getting better as is the sleep. However have come to decision that it isn't me that needs the bag over the head it is some people I work with so I won't have to put up with listening to their continual complaining and moaning.

Re: Teeth and Grinding
Hello Guys i think that most people probably smash and squeeze their tooth from time to time, clinically known as bruxism. Occasional tooth crushing, medically known as bruxism, does not usually cause harm, but when tooth crushing occurs regularly the tooth can be damaged and other dental health complications can occur. Thanks a lot!
