Hi everyone,

I would appreciate your help on the above question on evaluating.
My current course is the Level 3 Certificate - Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools.
This is my first post in any TA forum.
Please can you give me examples to get me started. Need some simple ideas.

From a trainee male TA

First welcome to the forum and posting.Very Happy
Have you got copies of your schools policies etc. This is your first point of call. The summarise them, look critically and ask does it work, is everyone following them, how does it benefit the school and children, parents and staff. What could be improved and why,
Answer these and you will have completed this part.
I hope this helps Very Happy
