Support assessment for learning Empty Re: Support assessment for learning

Boy I'm finding this hard going especially as it doesn't appear to be written in good old simple English. (As per)

"Describe an occasion when you have monitored pupil achievement (as in U307 3.1) and then helped pupils to reflect upon their learning, to identify their progress, to identify the own learning needs and to identify strengths and weaknesses of their learning strategies (3.4a,b,c,d)

Eh?

With great anticipation, many thanks.

Target setting and what they need to do to move onto the next step.
Do you have traffic light target setting? Red I can't do, amber almost there and green I can do? Do pupils have the opportunity to discus their targets and what they need to do in order to achieve them?
Hope this helps Very Happy
