Pesonal Development Plan Empty Pesonal Development Plan

Hi guys, My first time here. Laughing

I thought id ask about my first assignment. I'm doing fine at the moment.  One of the fist modules is broke into two tasks.
Both aiming on your/my own personal development. so I've wrote the first task easy.
but the second task has to be 2000 words on one of your targets in either short/medium and long term goals.
I decided to pick Behaviour Management as I've just been asked to join the team at work.
I started to write it up my lecturer warned me to be careful because we will addressing this in another module. so not to sound to case study like and make it more personal and what the school and myself gain form it.  How do I write about it without crossing over? Can anyone give me some key points to help? maybe something I might not of mentioned but its right at the tip of my tongue?

Sorry about the late reply, but you have you thought about writing it as a reflective piece of work? Try using the Gibbs model of reflection for this. You cans say how you set your targets and how you have moved them on and then actions needed to be taken. Just an idea and then it will not cross over good luck
